I’m a compassionate nurse, a principled leader, a devoted family man, and your neighbor.
A thriving, compassionate city where every voice matters.
Funding, housing, accessibility – for a fairer future.
Let’s talk. I want to hear from you.
My dear friends and neighbors,
As I walk through our vibrant streets – from the bustling city center to our tranquil suburban parks – I’m reminded daily why Palmerston North is such a special place to call home. It’s this deep love for our community that compels me to stand before you today, offering my experience, my energy, and my unwavering commitment to serve as your voice on City Council.
With nearly six years serving our most vulnerable residents in healthcare and disability support, combined with international experience in logistics coordination, I bring a unique blend of compassion and practical problem-solving skills to the council table. My journey from bedside care to community advocacy has taught me that real leadership means listening first, then acting decisively.
As a proud father raising three children here, I’m personally invested in ensuring Palmerston North grows as a city of opportunity, safety, and shared prosperity for all our families – today and for generations to come.
Kia ora, Palmerston North! I’m a proud Indian-Kiwi and dedicated community advocate with over 10 years experience in NZ. My journey includes leadership roles - from student politics to managing a Kerala community org. - highlighting commitment to inclusive governance.
A registered nurse and support worker, I’ve worked to ensure equitable healthcare and vital support for all.
“My vision: a thriving, compassionate city where every voice matters.”
Family is my anchor - A proud husband and father of three, deeply invested in Palmerston North’s future.
